Elias Tharakan joined DSG as a Software Consultant in 2007, and in 2008 came on board as the Chief Software Architect where he worked with CEO Tony Varano on redesigning the products for both technology scalability and customer experience in mind. He was promoted to CTO in 2011. Elias is a strong believer that software should work for people and evaluates customer and industry feedback and incorporates such findings into technology design and implementation. A thought leader and technology innovator, his passion is providing state of art products to DSG customers. He assumed the additional responsibilities as COO in 2015 and is responsible for all of DSG’s operations. He is very process driven, believes in lean and efficient modeling and is committed to teamwork. Prior to joining DSG, he was responsible for technical management for Al Jusant Air Freight and Sevdotcom in Dubai, UAE. A native of India, Elias holds a B.Tech. in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He resides in Wilmington, Delaware with his family.
