MALVERN, Pa., June 25, 2018 – DSG, Inc., an industry leader in eClinical software and services to the life science industry, today announced that it will be releasing the newest version of their flagship eCaseLink™ EDC at the heart of their unified eClinical suite of products: eCaseLink 10. This latest offering from DSG will be highlighted at the 54th DIA Global Annual Meeting and Conference, June 24-28 in Boston, MA at the Boston Convention Center.
This version builds on eCaseLink’ s pioneering software and enhances the architecture with the addition of a robust interoperable REST-based platform and refining and adding features such as dashboard driven functions, dynamic study events and visits, and convenient new powerful search and filtering functions and the ability to turn off and on features real-time to provide a pay-as-you-need model for clinical trial teams. These new developments provide sponsors and CROs a unified platform for rapid study development and deployment, with support from one of the longest tenured providers of eClinical solutions.
DSG first introduced eCaseLink in 1999. The proprietary technology is the most advanced EDC solution in the industry that combines CTMS, EDC, IRT, eCOA/ePRO, and Safety into a single system that is module-based and patient centric. eCaseLink provides the fastest start up, rapid database lock, and more rapid FDA submissions resulting in a measurable ROI. eCaseLink features cross –panel edit checks that fire instantly upon data entry, eliminating trial delays and need for time-consuming server calls making it easier for project managers to move through their data entry with less error. In addition, eCaselink provides instant user feedback, accelerating data collection and ensuring consistent, high quality data in real time.
Version 10 expands on this technology with more powerful capabilities such as configurable workflow and user-defined statuses along with enhanced reporting. Finally, the enhanced interoperable API based on the CDISC ODM now allows eCaselink to work with other trial applications that are used across a study enabling sponsors and CROs to completely work within a functional service provider model.
“DSG has always been about providing the technology that is developed with direct customer feedback and with user’s in mind,” said Elias Tharakan, CTO at DSG. “This continues the 26-year DSG tradition of continual process improvement and innovation for the clinical trials community. We believe eCaseLink sets the standard for ease of use and flexibility our customers demand.”
